Tim Wragg
Tim Wragg leads Millward Brown’s businesses across Europe. He has had a lifelong interest in brands and has extensive experience advising marketers in the art and science of influencing consumer choice.
Tim, who joined Millward Brown’s UK and Ireland management team in 2006, started his career at Arthur Andersen before returning to school to earn his PhD in consumer behaviour. He later worked in a variety of senior insights and marketing roles at American Express, TNS and NOP World (now GfK). His achievements include consistently building major new accounts, developing innovative research solutions and successfully leading business change programs. Prior to his current role as Chief Executive Officer for Millward Brown Europe, Tim was Managing Director for Millward Brown in the UK and Ireland.
Tim’s career to date spans many industries, and he has worked on both the agency and client-sides. He is a regular commentator in the business and marketing trade press and is a previous winner of the British Market Research Society prize for “Best New Thinking.” Tim earned his BSc (Hons) Business Studies from Cass Business School in London, and his PhD from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK.

Our event is called TEDxNewSt, where x = independently organised TED event. At our TEDxNewSt event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organised.
